We’ve worked in large supply chain companies and retailers across Asia Pacific in both operational and strategic roles. Starting our careers as pickers and then progressing through the ranks to management roles including Supply Chain Manager, Process Improvement Manager, Product Owner and Programme Manager for large scale system implementations has given us the deep insight needed to significantly transform operations. We leverage our years of experience and our intimate knowledge of all areas of the supply chain to help you achieve both short term wins and long term success that is sustainable.

We have a successful track record of large scale WMS and TMS implementations, achieved on time, within scope and budget (sometimes even before time and with budget to spare to focus on optimisation!). In addition, through meticulous planning and execution, we have been able to achieve 100% uptime of the system with minimal disruption to end customers. As practitioners in Lean and Six Sigma, we are also able to design processes that are fit for purpose and deliver unprecedented efficiencies. We’ve recently achieved over $2 million in savings in optimising operations for our clients.

Jeff

Jeff has been in the supply chain industry for over 29 years in a wide variety of roles across operations, transformation, project implementation and IT service management. Working extensively with large FMCG retailers within APAC, Jeff has led large scale and complex process and systems change to existing and greenfield sites.

Jeff has an undeniable ability to achieve operational efficiency and this, coupled with an in-depth understanding of change management and human-centric design has enabled the successful delivery of over 40 implementation and upgrade projects including; Warehouse and Transport Management, Labour Management, Data Analytics, operational visibility, various automation and material handling solutions. Jeff’s passion for optimisation and continuous improvement has identified and delivered multi-million dollar cost savings across a variety of businesses.

Yeshwanth (Yesh)

Yesh is an accomplished and certified Supply Chain Professional (APICS) with an MBA in operations and over 11 years of experience. Yesh has unparalleled expertise in Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS, WLM and TMS implementations and is always looking to leverage his extensive background in the logistics industry to help organisations achieve their goals.

Yesh has strong passion for data and has designed and configured supply chain systems for various retailers across the globe using a data driven approach. He’s always striving for process excellence utilising Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and has identified, designed and implemented solutions that have resulted in extensive operational savings and company growth.
